I flat out didn't accept money. But clients did usually take me out to expensive restaurants as payment.

Don't know. I think that depends on the position of the cop doing the hiring. The super intendant doesn't seem to have any financial troubles.

we get those too. our crimes tend to be less personally motivated and more organized crime though.
