Don't know. I think that depends on the position of the cop doing the hiring. The super intendant doesn't seem to have any financial troubles.

i really don't know, my partner is the one that deals with the police while i punch people until they cry.

we get those too. our crimes tend to be less personally motivated and more organized crime though.
